Applicability

These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and Agreements concluded through the Webshop.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Any deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing by the Seller.

Offer and agreement

All offers are non-binding and subject to availability. We (kolkmannen.com) reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders. In such cases, the buyer will be notified through email. The payed amount will be returned within 10 working days.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in EUR (€) and include VAT (21 percent), unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are calculated based on the customer’s shipping address and are also subject to VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer during checkout. When a purchase has been made, we have seven work days to start the delivery, unless stated otherwise. When we cannot make the shipping deadline, the customer is notified through email and is allowed to cancel the order.
Delivery is done by PostNL. The customer will receive an email when shipping has started, as well as a separate email from PostNL containing a track&trace code.
We share shipping details with PostNL in order to fulfill the transaction. Please go to PostNL’s website to see their terms and conditions.

Warranty and refunds

We guarantee that the purchased products conform to the applicable legal requirements and do not deviate from their online representation. If a product is defective or visually deviant from how it is advertised, the customer can apply for a refund.

Return Policy

Right of Withdrawal

After placing an online order, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without providing any reason.

How to apply

To exercise this right, please submit a return request within this period by emailing joris.briet@kolkmannen.com . After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product to us.
You are responsible for the return shipment. Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

Return process

The product should be returned, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. You are allowed to unpack and inspect the product as you would in a physical store. If the product shows damage or clear signs of use beyond normal inspection, we reserve the right to charge for any resulting loss in value.

Once we have received the returned product in good condition, the purchase amount, including the original standard shipping costs, will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as used for the original order.

It is also possible to exchange the product for another item of equal value, such as a different size or color.

Defective Products and Delivery Damage

If a product has a manufacturing defect or is not conform with its online representation, please report this within 30 days after delivery by contacting joris.briet@kolkmannen.com. Include your order number a clear description of the issue. In the case of a confirmed defect, the customer holds the right to a replacement product or refund.
Any return shipping costs in this case will be fully covered by us. A shipping label will be provided via email.
