This Privacy Policy applies to the Kolkmannen App (hereinafter: “the App”), a mobile application designed to change and customize Klokman. We value your privacy and want to be fully transparent about how the App handles (personal) data.
The core of this policy is simple: the App does not share any personal data.
What data does the App collect?
None. The App does not collect any personal information from you as a user. No accounts are created, no profiles are built, and no identifiable data is stored.
Internet connection
The App does not connect to the internet. No data is sent to external servers, neither by us nor by any third parties. The App operates entirely locally on your device.
How does the App work?
The App communicates exclusively through a direct Bluetooth connection with your device. Through this connection, simple instructions are sent, such as:
- Adjusting the brightness
- Sending the current time
- Changing the clock face
These instructions contain no personal data and are not stored or shared.
Bluetooth permission
In order for the App to function, you must grant permission to use Bluetooth on your device. This permission is used solely to establish a connection with your smart clock. The App does not use Bluetooth for any other purposes, such as determining your location or detecting other devices in your surroundings.
Data storage
The App does not store any personal data, neither on your device nor elsewhere. Any preference settings required for the App to function (such as the last connected device) remain solely on your device and are not shared anywhere.
Sharing with third parties
Since no data is collected, no data is shared with third parties. There are no analytics tools, advertising networks, or trackers integrated into the App.
Children
The App is safe to use for all ages, as no personal data is collected or processed.
